RUN A TWO
RUN A TWO is two persons of similar ability with a qualified coach at a cricket facility, either in a net or a larger space for wicket keeping and fielding.
The price range varies dependent on the level of coach provided and sessions are normally for an hour, however can be shorter dependent on age.
CRICKET CLUB COLTS SECTIONS
Cricket From The Ground Up runs/advises and/or assists local clubs with the running of their colts sections and this can be done in a number of ways.
Meeting with your colts coordinators and advising on methods and processes that will make the running of your sessions easier, or with a view to obtaining or sustaining club mark status.
Providing coaches to assist and work with your own club coaches on the allocated colts training nights.
Provide all the coaches required and run and plan all your colts sessions.
Cricket From The Ground Up will provide coaches to assist at your club practice nights with adult teams and players’
This can be by running nets, fielding practice and generally assisting in making your sessions more structured
Cricket From The Ground Up will provide coaches to visit your schools and either work alone or with teachers to deliver coaching sessions to pupils.
Cricket From The Ground Up provides elite coaches and also utilises current professional cricketers within the game, or recently retired from playing.
We offer masterclass sessions in a variety of different cricket skills and last year successfully delivered batting against spin and spin bowling, with Min Patel of Kent and England.
We have just completed a March Batting Masterclass delivering ‘Playing Short Pitched Bowling’, ‘Managing Off Stump’, ‘Scoring Options against Spin’ and ‘Batsmanship, building an innings’.
This was a great success with guest coaches, Matt Machan, William Beer and Harry Finch of Sussex CCC and Min Patel of Kent and England working with young players and also adults from Clubs around Sussex.
